I have a fear of deep water, specifically the ocean. I'm fine in swimming pools, and in shallow water, but put me in a large body of water where I can't see the bottom and I get the creeps. On a related note, I'm utterly terrified of shipwrecks. Just looking at one gives me chills.

It's not that I don't have the patience to wait for a 10-minute download, it's because with a game as, frankly, simplistic as Twisted Metal, delaying it to develop it further, and then needing a day-1 patch is a good indication of a lack of proper development.

Well you said it yourself, Driver: SF doesn't have their DRM on it. Neither did Rayman Origins.

If that's your opinion on Ubisoft (and it's mine too), then do what I did with Rayman Origins; buy it second-hand. You still get a great game at a reduced price, but Ubisoft don't see a penny of it! It's an even bigger flaming-fuck-you-finger in their faces!
