nah
What kills all interest for me is it's an interesting setting that, like Overwatch, has no story mode to explore it. Instead you've just got randos shooting each other for no reason. I hate that multiplayer only is a thing but I'll just ignore them as long as I've got good single player...
Mass Effect: Andromeda has the N7 Piranha, which feels decent to me. High rate of fire and decent range in exchange for not doing as much damage in one shot as something like the Ruzad. Granted I'm playing the campaign on Normal and haven't gotten to try it out in multiplayer yet so YMMV.
Seems like something with some potential o be interesting, but also seems like it would be far too strange to make much money. Also this would probably be a magnet for controversy and bad press if anything resembling a major news outlet found out about it.
Also you spelled Heroin wrong and it...
I know it came out mid last year but I didn't get The Technomancer til a couple months ago so it's my biggest surprise.
Not that big a surprise since I really liked Mars:War Logs and Bound by Flame but it's still a really solid (if not particularly innovative) sci-fi rpg. Haven't finished it...
For the record I always thought that Half-Life was a dumb name too. Never got around to playing either of them though. The name isn't why though. The first one flew soooo far under my radar I had no idea why everyone was so hyped about the second one (not a PC guy).
A dumb title won't keep...
I read Parasite Eve by Hideaki Sena a while back. Wasn't aware that the game was based on a book before. My roommate had a copy so I borrowed it from him.
From what I know of the company I doubt they're gonna be like King after trademarking "saga".
That said I always thought that "Cyberpunk 2077" was a dumb name whether it was based on something that was already called "Cyberpunk" or not.
It's a genre not a title.
Meh. I was never expecting Yooka-Laylee to review particularly well since what was being made always looked like it was banking far harder on nostalgia than trying to evolve the genre. Every review I've heard has boiled down to "It's got some major issues. Mostly the same issues that...
I remember being terrified of the troll in Ernest Scared stupid. Xenomorphs and the Predator did nothing to me but that stupid troll. ugh

Also I'll admit to being a little overcautious about going anywhere...
I got stuff working eventually. A guy on the Bethesda.net forums was able to give me some advice. Turns out the body replacer I was using was conflicting with the skimpy armor mod I was using. No way to fix it since the mod author took all his stuff down like hours after I downloaded it. but...
After having finished the show I can sort of understand where the critics were coming from. the first few episodes are easily the weakest part of the series. It picks up later though and stays fairly good throughout. Though honestly the best performances were Ward and his Dad so make of that...
Just when the series was starting to get interesting with BLOPS2 & 3 and Infinite Warfare (never played Advanced Warfare). Sci fi shooters are always more interesting to me than Modern or historical war settings.
I'll take the laser over the AK47 any day.
Only games I've 100% quit on (that I remember) were Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Dark Souls I think it was the Capra Demon that did me in. Bloodborne I think I got as far as Father Gascoigne.
I can see why other people like them but I just can't be arsed with beating my head against a boss...
