With all the time in the Universe, I'd put my time to makeing video-game entities real. The Portal gun, I'd make it. Space travel, I'd perfect it. Nuclear fallout, I'd live it.

Depends on what kind of zombie. If they were your average shumblers where upon getting bit you turn into them, I'd look for somewhere deselete.(By now of course, everyone has gottin the same idea and those deselete places are more crowded then the initial cities.) But if it was Left 4 Dead style...
