Doesn't matter. Hard copies still require you to install Origin. At least the Battlefield 3 hard copies will. This is getting to be almost comical. I despise EA so much that I'm actually beginning to root for them just to see how far they can manage to bury their heads up their own asses.

Funny. Sometimes it seems EA is purposefully trying everything it can to make its PC fans hate it even more than they already do.

If I cared about playing on launch day, or at all for that matter, I would pre-order. But since every bit of footage I see of this game makes me less and less interested, I will wait until it's been out for a few years and it's in the bargain bin for 10 bucks. That's about all its worth to me.
