This is pretty weird. Guess it is time to enjoy my last few months as a teenager before I finally become 20.

I would go back in time to when I was a young 4 year old asleep in my bed, then I would shake past self awake then I would tell myself that if I don't work out everyday until I am older I will get extremely fat and grotesque; and that is how I would lose weight flipping over-night.
