On PC; one game that comes to mind would be System Shock 2. Once you patch it to become multiplayer enabled, it's easy enough to set up. If there is someone out there who is unaware of SS2, it's an FPS RPG horror action amalgam. Can be a serious amount of fun with friends.

Buh? Infront of me, I have Dead Space, Halo 3, Fifa, Oblivion, Assassins Creed, AvP, MW2, Gears of War 2, Mass Effect 2, Left 4 Dead, GTA IV, Bioshock, Fallout 3 etc. The only one that actually has "bullet time" to a degree is Fallout 3, with VATS. The rest may have one or two slowed down...
