I have no idea what you are talking about, I have had personal experience in seeing games being deveolped for the 360: RRoD can happen due to a pointer misallocation or segfault equilvilent mishap in the programming.

I just screwed with the system and some personal hand made software to bypass it on my copy.

One does not need to mess with any of the games code to create a new program that will modify memory addresses or emulate the startup sequence to a game, so as to get the game to boot without a cd.
