Yes they did, it was planned as a trilogy from the start, the first movie was always called "Lord of the ring the Fellowship of the ring" as far as I can remember.

If picking mage is the only way to get magic spells, pick that and just train with heavy armor and weapons anyway. Don't know why you would be anything that couldn't use magic, why lead a horde of bandits if one wizard can rain fire from the sky and kill your entire camp?

I grew up with both meanings, played wow on the most LGBT friendly server. When horde would hit a losing streak in battlegrounds, people would often ***** about how its cause we have to many bottoms playing tonight. xD
