Ok, this is a simple idea I got from looking at a shirt. As we know most video games have level requirements for items. So the question I am asking is what would be the minimum required level to wear your clothes and to have the items that you keep on your person? Please back up your answers...

I think we should all speak a programming language like C#. Sure it would be dysfunctional but we could tackle the problem of computational illiteracy. As an extra our conversations would be very efficient.
