Yeah, the only problem it has at the moment is literally being too popular. My Free Company (or guild to you non-ARR types) has had to switch servers because our original server capped out too fast and not everyone got in.

You are aware that this isn't a publishing deal, right? Sony actually OWNS this game, the IP, the technology behind it, and the developer itself. It's all completely in-house, first-party stuff here, funded and resourced entirely from Sony's pockets.

Why would Sony port one of their biggest games to their competitor's platforms? Hell, why would anyone ever port any games to their competitors?

You know what I've noticed? This behaviour only happens with Sony's games. It doesn't matter what Sony does, the public still hates them. If Sony cured cancer with a drug that can be administered with a simple injection like any other vaccine, I bet the internet would be full of people...

I just had a brainstorm. My current Fallout 3 copy is GOTY. Checked my old saves and Trophies and they're labelled simply as Fallout 3. If Fallout 3 is compatible, then Skyrim should be too. Thanks for reminding me of my old Fallout 3 saves :D

They show up as different games, at least on PSN. Someone playing Fallout 3 GOTY will have 'Fallout 3 Game of the Year' under their name, not 'Fallout 3'.
