Come on. It is just fanart and parody. Now maybe there are a few subtleties to the issue, but i don't see how this is significant different to the millions of other works of fanart lying around on the net that "infringe" on the original work.

In my first playthrough of Persona 3 i didn't realise that you could exit the dorm and get onto the city map through the left side of the screen. Totally had an existential crisis when they removed that "feature" from Persona 3 Portable!
