Let's see here... Do remakes/remasters count? Operating under the assumption that they do:
Bioshock (Xbox 360, Steam)
Bioshock 2 (Xbox 360, Steam)
Blue Dragon (Xbox 360 x2)
Borderlands (Xbox 360, Steam)
Duke Nukem Forver (Xbox 360, Steam)
Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, Steam)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64, Gamecube, 3DS)
The Orange Box (Xbox 360 x2)
Portal (Xbox 360 x2, Steam)
Portal 2 (Xbox 360, Steam)
Silent Hill 2 (PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360)
Silent Hill 3 (PS2, Xbox 360)
Silent Hill 4 (PS2, Xbox)
Team Fortress 2 (Xbox 360 x2, Steam x5)
For a little bit of an explanation, for the 2K games (Bioshock, Duke Nukem, Etc.) I owned them for the 360, then during the summer sale the "2K Collection Pack" was on sale, and I really wanted the Civilization games and viewed the PC version of other games as an added bonus.
I bought Blue Dragon used, then saw it on sale new on Amazon for $1 so I picked it up.
I got L4D2 on the 360 the year it was released and recently was gifted it on Steam by some TF2 buddies.
I just love OoT, and just bought it to be able to play it again really.
I lost my first copy of The Orange Box so picked it up again for $20 as we were still playing TF2 on it regularly, then I found my previous copy so now I own 2.
I own Portal on the 360 via The Orange Box, then got it free one day when Steam was offering it.
I own Portal 2 for the 360 and a friend of mine bought the PS3 version and gave me his Steam redemption code.
I bought Silent Hill 2 and 4 for the Xbox a few years back, then a couple of years ago wanted to pick up Silent Hill 3, found a listing on eBay selling used PS2 copies of SH2, 3 and 4 for less then most listings were selling SH3 alone, so I picked it up. Then I picked up the HD Collection for the 360.
And with TF2, it was in The Orange Box, and I'm really a sucker for the PC version so when it went F2P I bought some keys on some different accounts and use them to idle with (They also come in handy for Steam events like the Christmas coal and stuff)
