If devs can't freely use DX12 then it only gives Vulkan more ground.

Basically each mod you make replaces an existing mod, and yes every piece of the weapon counts as a mod. So you take the good mods from weapon A by placing the default/weaker mods in it.Now you have the good mods in your inventory, which grants you a "free" mod upgrade to weapon B.

Why should they? There's already other tournaments that use the same method has valve's with compendium milestones. TI is just bigger and with much better rewards for players so thats why people with shed so much cash into 1 big tournament.

IMO Stream lined: Removed features that didnt work quite well or barely afected the game or reimplemented them in a way they are easier to use and thus actually affect the game Dumbed down: Removed features just to make the game easier and thus atracting a larger audience
