To be fair though, Diablo doesn't really have all that much of a competitive scene. Nothing like starcraft or WoW.

I think people are just scared about the whole EPEEN thing. Bringing in easy mode "epicz" is a hard thing to accept for players when they have lived in a world of "50 hour" grinds to get a particular item. I'm planning to play the game with friends so I'm not planning to use it anyways =)

I would be lying to myself if I didn't say that I enjoyed FF7 the most. FF6, FF8, and FF9 were all enjoyable for me as well. Didn't get to fussed about 10.

Why? Seriously, D3 will be successful, There is always controversy before Blizzard games and it is all just non sensical rubbish. I don't give a shit about mods and nor will 98% of the D3 population.
