Don't count on it, the XBone has a real shitty library of exclusives right now. They need an exclusive like a new Gears game to sell more systems. Maybe they'll release it for PC a few years after, but the chance is low.

Honestly, in all my time with my 3DS XL I never thought "I wish I could hook this up to my TV!" The screen is huge for a handheld, you'll also hold it pretty close to you compared to a TV or even PC. Not to mention the problems other people mentioned, upscaling, touchscreen etc.
