The Next Generation: Are they Entitled?

Greetings all, just another one of my observations on life. So I guess this kid on Jeopardy spelled "emancipation" with an extra "t" and lost 3K. Here is a link if you want to read about it. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/jeopardy-kid-contestant-contender-article-1.1417783 Thomas...

Stupid questions you've been asked at your job

I have bounced from job to job especially when I was younger. In retail I have ran into the most ridiculous questions. I worked in a drug store for while and would occasionally help the pharmacist in the back. One day I was working back there and a woman called and asked me quite bluntly "When...

Poll: Do you ever replay RPG's?

I think that RPGs with NG+ (New Game Plus) are worthy of a replay. If I remember correctly Mass Effect had that and Mass Effect 3 had that as well. Also; Chrono Trigger and Dark Souls.

What Amusing/Bizarre Lifestyle Do You Want The Royal Baby To Have?

I'd want him to have Narcolepsy! I can just imagine it, big state dinner with leaders from other countries. The prince is sitting there in his formalwear, listening to polite conversation and then.... PLOP! Face first into his dinner plate! Bits of food flying in every direction... Outstanding!

You got a suit? Then suit up. (Superhero costume discussion)

Mine was Fog Generation.... I'd probably wear street clothes... SO I COULD TROLL PEOPLE.

    Most Embarassing Video Game Confessions

This is really dumb. In Skyrim I generally prefer the "over the shoulder" view. For some reason the camera seemed too close to my character and I couldn't zoom away. So I was annoyed and put the game down for a week or so. My cousin came over and then proceeded to load my character and zoom out...

What's the most you've cried at a fictional character's death?

My Dog Skip... Why do dog movies almost always end badly? Marley and Me made me cry too, of course that one was based on a true story. I like dogs and my family has always owned one, so I have a bleeding heart for the cute little furballs.

Characters you hate that everyone loves

Naruto. Period end of story. I know people like the comics, or even the Japanese series with sub titles. But he's an annoying little brat to me. It's too bad too, it's a great story over all.

Grand Theft Auto V "Upset" Hideo Kojima

I always liked Hideo Kojima. But I also believe he's comparing apples and oranges when it comes to Metal Gear and Grand Theft Auto.

    Poll: Oblivion Was Better

Same here, They both had their ups and downs. If it makes you feel better I haven't finsished Skyrim either. Morrowind was awesome though... I'm going to date myself here but I was about 15 when it came out...

Competitive Gamer Arrested For Hitting Ex-Girlfriend

Is this really even news? Unfortunately this happens all the time, is this just being brought to light because he's a "competitive gamer"?

The MOST DRUNK I/You got was...

Uhhh, to this day I can't drink this stuff. Gold Schlager, it was new years and I had turned 21 that same year. I totally over did it. I swear I was puking up a gold necklace.

    Well that was stupid.

All the time, my favorite is when I'm paying more attention to my dog than walking and I end up tripping on some uneven part of the sidwalk or something.

Why I think "Gamer Girls" shouldn't hide.

I have personal experiences which makes me hide my "Gamer Girl" Status. This was a while ago, I was about 12. I was at a wedding with all of my cousins who are, of course, boys. So to get us young'ns out of the way they put us in a room with a Sega Genesis and a VCR. Ignoring the VCR and the VHS...

    customer service your thoughts?

I've spent years in customer service in the United States, kudos to people whose livelihood depends on on a retail job where ever they are. I first started working at the young age of 14 (I lied about my age... I wanted a car) my career in retail didn't stop until I got my BA (my college job was...
