    Terrible movies that you like

Got to agree with the suckerpunch and Big Trouble love. Personally my fave film at the mo is Southland Tales, an utterly demented film that was critically savaged.

Times where the hero seems like the villain

100% agreement. In fact in the 2nd one it seemed like the only people in the right were the french, which was an odd aspect of such a jingoistic film.

Tell me why I shouldn't give up on Arrow

I must admit to really not liking John Barrowman, one of the most overexposed actors(on british tv, anyways) so i groaned when i saw who he was playing. The line about what every archer wants puts me in the mind of the following quote from the greatest wordsmith of our age: Arrows are...

Tell me why I shouldn't give up on Arrow

Just to point something out, when questioned by Ollie as to what he wants the dark archer responds with ' i want what every Archer wants......TO SEE WHO IS BETTER!' One of the worse lines of dialogue in recent memory.

TotalBiscuit has Bowel Cancer (Video: Slightly NFSW)

Wonder if you'll feel the same way when you're 39.

Recommend me books about the following...

In sci fi terms i cannot recommend Hyperion by Dan Simmons enough. Marvelous award winning book, even popular with lardy da 'proper' literary critics. Robert Heinlein(sic?) has done some good stuff too. Also i'd heartily endorse the plaudits for both Ian (m) banks and Michael Moorcock. I also...

    Least satsifying game endings?

So many. I was furious with FF7 initially, where it was like ' You know all those sub plots and minor characters you've grown attached to? naaaahhhhhhh' Also seconding KOTOR2. I'd be bothered by DA2 but i hated how shallow they had made the combat so i was just glad to see the bugger end.

Dragon Age: Inquisition and Keep-Building: More Emphasis on Strategy

To be honest if they had every option under the sun but don't go back to the tactical depth of the first one ( A great deal of which could be massively altered by the characters build, also absent from the second) i'm going to be dissapointed.

    The Perfect RPG

Hmmmmm, basically i'd go for Dragon Age Origins combat/ class system. In a vast open world steampunk setting. That never ends.

Man Who Bought $735 Xbox One Photo Gets Free Xbox One

As a former job centre Personal Advisor, dole for 19 yr olds would take a coupla months to accrue to that level.

Man Who Bought $735 Xbox One Photo Gets Free Xbox One

It's a mos5tly second hand retailer. It is fairly cheap but not a patch on , say, gainger games. Still i boycott the leeds store as it is massive and has tons of staff but you can still easily queue 40 mins in there, while the staff preen and pose and try to be funny and quirky. It's like some...

Jim Sterling Leaves Destructoid (UPDATE: Jim Joins The Escapist!)

Nah, i'm with you there. I know the smugness is meant to be a character but he reminds me of some spod i went to school with who i loathed. My partner agrees with your wife re: Yahtzee's voice as well!

The most awful thing you've ever actually done to someone during online play

I'm cutting and pasting this off the guardian web site( a general newspaper) so apologies for how non technical it is I must admit i'm guilty of this. I got borderlands 2 when it came out. buying it new one of the advantages was that you got to unlock a special chest that had cool gear in it...

What's your favorite food? Bonus points if you're the only one who likes it.

Sardinista[sic], its out the back of the merrion centre. The food is variable ( i woudn't bother with the paella) but the chopitos/chiperones are good, though not a patch on ones i've had in spain.
