Your right, it is. The weapon is called the Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle. Damage- 223231x5 Accuracy- 56.7 Fire Rate-8.3 The gun may not have all the best stats but it is one hit kill for anything in game no matter what playthrough. The gun is invisible and turns you invisible as well. Shoots 4 rounds...
