Capcom refusing to bring physical copies of the last games to EU/US doesn't help their popularity. And about PC - I think Nintendo won't allow it, to be honest. Danganronpa was brought to PC despite being a PS Vita-only game that is much more popular in Japan than other world.

Sunless Sea is great. Not perfect, but if you are interested in story you can overlook the flaws. So you can skip couple of Evolve DLC and get a better game =)

Isn't the right answer to the question "It can't"? Even if something close to RTS-Warcraft (this thing isn't) was in WoW, strategy fans wouldn't pay for game, 5 expansions and subscriptions to get into it.

The show was great, the games were pretty meh. And the schedule is just awful. Dota 2 may be behind in show/viewership, but schedule and tournament system (except TI4) is way better than League. And in term of game quality - nothing in the near future will surpass TI3.
