Looking more into it and Space Hulk : Vengeance of the Blood Angels seems very close, odd I have been a 40k fan yet I never put these two together, man I must have been like 4 or 5 years old, this explains my thirst for guts and gore and powersuits, chainsword is for the win

Another note, this game was first-person with an optional yet horrible 3rd person view, it was real-time not turn-based

Not bad, the power armor is simple but these are not supersoldiers, in fact during the game you can hear all characters through the comm system, even them dying with horrible blood gurgling screams.. They showed fear, which puts 40k out of the question. One movie within the game showed a soldier...
