The answer to just about every "why are cartoons today more/less X than yesteryear's?" is almost always "because you're cherry-picking examples/blinded by nostalgia/don't actually know what you're talking about."
Came here expecting to see either someone complaining about their overrated weeb horror game being misrepresented or a whiny president apologist, and wasn't disappointed in either case.

Can't believe people still say things like this and not realize it makes them look so incredibly lame. All we're missing is someone going "flame shields up."
Complaining that "your only reward is more, harder challenges" doesn't really turn me off of a video game, given that that's fundamentally what most video games are about in the first place. The real reward of beating a game is having beaten the game, not the meaningless crap like do-nothing...
As someone who doesn't give a rat's ass about the US election (or saying "rustled jimmies" in the year 2017) it sure seems like this game is just an amalgamation of mechanics put to better use in other games, with a layer of suda51 paint on top.
