Dust 514 is in closed beta, but last I heard everyone with an active subscription of EVE Online gets access to it. I've got friends still playing, and with another few hundred thousand subscribing, it shouldn't be a problem getting it. Also, one can pay 19,99? to get access to it, which is fine...

I'll be using my OUYA primarily for XBMC. I need to switch my current 4-year old HTPC anyway. The OUYA will be perfect for that with native support for XBMC.

The SecuROM DRM was removed in a patch shortly after release. The DRM was only there to try to protect the game from being pirated before release, not to stop piracy as a whole. It doesn't matter where you buy the game, except for Steam itself, the DRM has been removed since long ago.

Exactly what were you trying to prove? We're obviously not talking about standalone expansion packs here.

That's what happens when developers have to pay huge amount of money for a small patch.
