The problem with watching Duck Soup and really ANY Marx Brothers movie is that Chico Marx is NOT funny... at all... and the movies really seem to think he is.

I loved Monthly Girls Nozaki-Kun, so damn funny even if you aren't remotely into the genre (Shoujo Manga) that it's parodying.

It's story is also more like a standard RPG than something like X-Com, with a lot of named/voiced characters who have important things to do in the plot and what not. As well the fact that "more story" is frequently used as a reward in the game.

I don't think this is actually available in North America... the publishers got a Demo out which is why people have heard of it but the actual release was killed by Harmony Gold (The Robotech License Holders). I'm glad you reviewed this though as I've been debating picking it up at a used...

Also she's a favourite actress of Mamoru Oshii, the director of the two Ghost In The Shell Films, so that's another reason to believe she'd be a good fit for the part.

I would have pushed for Rinko Kukuichi myself, she's actually Japanese, Momoru Oshii has cast her in a bunch of stuff already and she has a North American film presence.

Well there's your problem... *insert worst Gundam Series joke here* Nah, I kid I kid, this was a pretty fair review of FM3, I love the game but I sort of unabashedly love the series... I even "sort of" enjoyed Front Mission Evolved.

Yeah, I think one of the big problems has been the constant delays. While I don't blame the game makers for needing more time it has made me SUPER hesitant to pledge to any new games when the ones I already backed are taking forever to come out. I mean come on... I've backed Hyper Light...

I'm more into Heavy Gear, Jovian Chronicles or the old Mekton Mini's myself. I'd just love to see Reaper do some more affordable "Cool Humanoid Mecha" Mini's like I'm a fan of. Still I actually like Reaper's Minis as gaming aids so I hope the mini's plus the game are good!
