Just the fact that this movie has a chance to obliterate the AvP movies from the cannon is enough to make me a fan.

The best part is it gives the middle finger to the cannon established by the AvP movies. Because of that, I fully support this.

I'm still in the midst of a 13 year love affair with Super Mario RPG.

When I originally picked it up, I thought it was pretty mediocre...then I ran a dungeon with a few friends. Six years later, I'm still playing.

Certainly, there are plenty of other ways that a game can hook a player. I would be a little disappointed missing a great soundtrack, but none of those elements are entirely necessary to make a decent game that is both deep and fun.

Pretty much this. World of Warcraft took roughly 10 years to make and the game is massive. 12 years worth of development that produces a true 12 years of depth would be amazing.

I've seen all of Tarantino's films. All of them. They are good. I have played all of the mainstream games produced by Suda 51. They were also good. They are both quirky in their own ways that gives them a great style. Suda is also not Tarantino.
