I'm not really superstitous, but I avoid things which are bad luck without thinking about it. Classic example is how it's supposed to be bad luck to walk in between the poles of a sign. I don't beleive it's bad luck, but I don't do it without thinking about it.

That's a little harsh and totally pointless, but I'm not here to argue illegal drugs with you. Back on topic, I think there's no definitive answer as to whether drugs that alter your personality are right. It depends on the person. I know people who've been on Ritalin and they totally change...
