Typically on GoG games that you have in your library you can always redownload, it's just that they will not longer be in the catalouge to be purchased anymore. Currently Interplay has rights to the game, which will soon be handed to Bethesda, which obviously haven't set up an agreement with GoG...
There is a really good chance they saw her name pop up on the like list and just threw off an email or whatever to Facebook who the complied with the police and sent them the information. Facebook isn't know for privacy and protecting the privacy of its users.
So third degree sexual offense charges; is that like being caught peeing in public or something? Either way strange how someone dating a guy that is wanted by the police would like the local polices Facebook page.
No I had a little interest when if was first announced, and then they started talking about it. I wouldn't mind a dedicated Android based console that I can plug into my TV to play games. But I started thinking about it really hard, and they started describing it. Why would I want a console that...
What? Metro is locked down, not Windows 8. Everything outside of the shit that is called Metro is still just the same Plain Jane operation system (without a Start Menu(which it actually still has to a very minor fucking degree). Windows 8 isn't going to destroy gaming the same way that Vista...
The only people this clause really effects is their American Customers. My understanding is that the EU has consumer laws in place, many provinces in Canada have laws in place that stop this, and even fucking Brazil has consumer laws in place that stop this.
Notch is a fucking retard. Only Windows on ARM is getting locked out, not Windows 8 itself. If you want to make your product and have it succeed don't put it on the Metro Store, and don't develop it for Windows on ARM.
Yes Windows 8 is going to be really bad, and it is going to bomb (probably...
This is where I draw the line, forbidding a store from letting little Jimmy buy Modern Shooter #45454 is a lot different than stopping his mom from doing so. A parent is the one responsible to make the decision of the whether the content their child consumes is for them, not the government.
All I can do is hope with every little bit of fucking ounce of hope that is left for all things pure that Bethesda does NOT get have the rights to STALKER. Bethesda makes games that can't hold a candle to the greatness that is STALKER. I'd rather see it die then they be the ones with the rights...
This doesn't mean that they are going to make Apple TV a gaming console, they just want a reason to get involved in another litigation. Just wait next they will sue Sony saying the own the patent on DualShock.
My issue is with GameStop not the retail market. I don't care how many used game stores there are, how many mom and pop shops there is or any other form of store, GameStop is a terrible company and the sooner they close their doors the better.
