I have to say, I relly like the sort of half/upbeat of Mind of the Bat. It sorta injected this tinge of the Joker into the song. Sure it's meant to be more Bat focused, but it does feel like the Jokers messing with him kind of. Maybe I reading to much into it. Either way, I like it :)

I think its a Two-hit melee, which would be a good thing. However, your right, it DOES look like a sequel to Battlefield, and it even looks like a closer match to the orginal game than Bad company does. Even though I'm an SP man, I think I would buy this game on the merits of being a BF1942 type...
