I think OP must be ashamed that everyone's hating on his idea, but I have to add my voice to the chorus and agree that Bioshock can die a noble death now and be remembered and replayed with joy in the years to come. Much better than see it turned into a chain of annualized drivel.

It's because those "eggheads" she hates so much are the ones that came up with the technology that allows her to survive over 5 seconds against the Covenant.

They are two games in the same franchise, definitely close enough for comparison, so I'm sure it's a matter of choosing the better sauce here.
