Interesting. For me it would have to be the boss fight with The Bed of Chaos. Such a pointless, tedious part of the game that was such an anticlimax compared to the other lord battles. I quite enjoyed Tomb of Giants because it was fun to invade people there who hadn't come with a source of light.
