Lucky for Apple the Mexican minimum wage is so low, won't really be much of a penalty for them. Based on a quick wikipedia search and some lousy math skills, i'm guesstimating around $5.5 mill. Spare change for them, really.
And i firmly believe that all lawsuits should be sorted out not in...
True, in fact you could probably say the same about nearly all technology. Phones, TVs, cameras, computers, etc. Every generation just a small improvement on the previous one.
On topic: Hooray! Vice City was always my favourite GTA, i wasn't a fan of the more serious approach the series took...
Shadowman? Ok, I never actually read the comics, but I vaguely remember the N64 game.... something about serial killers and travelling back and forth between hell and earth. Seems kinda cool.
A friend of mine is a single mother. Her daughter is the kind who always want to run around and look at/touch anything remotely interesting or shiny, and by the time she was two she had turned escaping from her pram into a fine art. No matter how tight those buckles were done up, she Houdini'd...
I'm surprised by the lack of Paul McCartney in this here thread.
Also gonna throw in some Fieldy; love him or hate him, not a lot of people come up with their own unique style to playing an instrument like this guy did (hit it really hard to make percussive clicky noises).
I don't understand why people only ever bring up Apple when talking about Foxconn? Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Nokia, Toshiba and Acer all use Foxconn labour, so why does one company get singled out?
Looks like there's gonna be a demo for F1 2012, i'm a big fan of the series but i'll still try before i buy. http://www.videogamer.com/xbox360/f1_2012/news/f1_2012_demo_will_be_released_around_september_14.html

...... So people have no problem with private corporations storing large chunks of their personal data, but they do have a problem with the government having information they could have just gotten off your tax return anyway?
Exactly THIS. It's the exact same as the music industry; people spend thousands of dollars on a computer, high speed internet, MP3 players and high-end headphones and then steal all their music. It's like a reverse Robin Hood, people are stealing from the poor (hard working creators of our...
The 90's were awesome. Great music, great movies, great games, the only time we heard of terrorists was in Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, the economy was great and there was a crapload less reality tv. Good times!
Playing as a Soldier? If so, i strongly recommend playing with tech or biotic abilities, LOTS more fun.
For me, it was Super Metroid. Rented it as a kid, thought "WTF do i do? Where do i go? Arrrgghhh!!!" Then re-discovered it years later. Now it's probably my fave game of all time.

Will Macs ever be a force in gaming? Not a major force, but they will have a presence of sorts. And i believe it's a good thing for PC gaming. After all, porting from PC to Mac surely wouldn't be that all that difficult, meaning developers have a chance to expand their potential market. And many...
Doesn't really worry me. Like a lot of my fellow countymen/women, i import games from the ol' dart anyway, where they are damn near half the price we're charged locally. Problem solved!
