It's because wii games are smaller in data size, and the wii itself is extremely easy to install homebrew programs on while nintendo has a crappy countermeasure to it that barely works.
To be fair, that was entirely EA rushing the hell out of it. Hopefully they let Bioware just do it's thing with DA3. The real test is to see if the 3+ years of dev on ME3 pay off. If that comes out bad then there is no excuse.

Actually i felt exactly like that during brotherhood. It's because it's the same setting (I suppose revelations is slightly different) same gameplay, same character same everything basically and the only thing different is the story which, to me, keeps raising more questions than it is answering...
