Final Fantasy X (International with dark aeons) by a long shot. Although Disgaea would have been my first choice. Sooo many hours pumped into that game.
Although I did love me some Blitzball..
..I know I am weird
"Fortunately, it can be easily reconfigured to work as a joke about British politics. All you need to do is make the news anchor less attractive, make the special effects a little shittier and replace all the exciting craziness with boring speeches about Lords reform."
I find that offensive...
Wait....Wha?
COMICS....ARE...WEEEEIIIIIRRRRRRRRD!
Think I should check out some of these storylines at some point, so long as I don't end up with Austin Power's face.
I would say that the thing thats given me the best "edge" while playing a game was my Saitek Cyborg Mouse (the one with a motor in it) purely for the thumb button on that little ledge. Very handy for twitch stabs in BC2, plus the hat is really handy for reloading, calling out, bringing up the...
Wondering what Russ has been up to since his departure from the Escapist? Well seems like having some fun with the guys from LRR on their latest episode of CheckPoint :o
As usual its worth a watch, but he keeps freaking me out with his resemblance of Kane from C&C :o
Sweet, I am getting even more stoked for this game then ever! Although it does leave paused for thought, if they wanted to make a third game they arent leaving themselves any wiggle room for other baddies, and most of them sound like they are going to be in this one!
Also, isnt the PC version...
wait wha? This maybe the British-ness showing through but most people I see here don't pay that much attention to the "red man/green man" pedestrian crossings. If you can make it to the other side of the road before the car hits you then go for it :p Think the only people who stop to walk for...
The eye sockets are empty because whatever it was had to gouge out their eyes after watching that intro cut scene...
OT: I was just stunned, literally transfixed on how bad that intro seemed... although I do remember liking the cartoon with chilli dogs... the other dystopian one weirded me...
personally I hate this kind of knee jerk reaction, it just stinks of hypocrisy. Also pulling a few games "out of respect" just gives them a negative image. This in no means is suppose to trample the feelings of those who disagree, I just find it really silly that these games get pulled when the...
no this is true, which I relised quite quickly after seeing the game played, but it is on of the only good "super hero" games out there which is what I was trying to get across
No love for Batman:Arkham Asylum? It's not exactly a movie tie in, but is a super hero game. Although I think it was released about 9 months after the Dark Knight film, I originally thought it was a tie in.
Will wait an see what happens with this, but if its suppose to be a tie in then yes...
So your the one that stole my pants!
OT: Pretty much what everyone else has already said. Would be as bad as saying Americans are rednecks for watching the Dukes of Hazard. Completely not true and is borderline ignorant.
