Should this be true, I will be very disappointed in BioWare. I enjoy using the DA:O toolset and find it allows me to do almost anything I want with the game. I'd hoped they'd continue improving it for new releases of DA until they added persistent world multiplayer like in Neverwinter Nights...

I really think the dialog driven branching conversations they had in FO3 should be transplanted into TES:V. That was a lot more immersive than the topic-driven conversation that had in the old Elder Scrolls games. It also made for more meaningful plot choices than in Oblivion.
