I want to buy hardcore games on the Wii, I really do. They just need to come up with ones that play well and don't look like crap. Until a company does that, I refuse to believe that they don't sell well.
Anyone else noticed that Tinker takes up 9 GB of space? Maybe I just haven't played many PC games recently, but does that strike anyone else as a little high for a puzzle game?
I have to agree with you on this. The article makes it seems like Fox was mostly debating the Terrorist Scene and whether it went too far. This is a legitimate discussion. Maybe they didn't use the best representatives, but still a good question to ask and something the public might care about...
My fellow taffers! Good to see you all!
I agree with sgtshock there. You've got good ideas, but try organizing and fixing up the grammar a bit more.
So very true. Write the rest of the review like that and you'll be golden.
Garrett is spelled with two ts, just by the way.
So glad this came out. I was worried this had been canceled since it'd almost been a month since the last one. I'm glad I was proven wrong. Can't wait to find out more about this world and its Day of Tears.
Mr. Funk, a great article. My friends are just starting to get me into WoW and I'm always amazed at the communities (or should I say community) that have arisen around it.
Cheaper to buy? I'd love it if he'd be so kind as to point me where I can buy a AAA new release for the PC for less than the normal $50. That's often too high for me anyways. I feel bad for those who have to pay more normally and even worse for the Brits stuck paying $90 if they want this title.
Is he trying to say Thief DP did not have a rich experience? I can't think of a richer experience than The Dark Project unless we're counting Metal Age.
For all the catering they seemed to have be doing to the fans, they seem to have done an about-face.
Paladjin, do you remember when they switched to webpages and dropped the pdf version? I don't recall how long ago that was, but it felt a lot more like a magazine then.
Signed up to the forums recently, but I've been reading the magazine since either 2005 or 2006, probably 2006, but I really can't recall. It got mentioned on the ttlg forums and the link floated around for a few months before I really got into it.
If you're having trouble running the old Thief games, take a look here: http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75031
If that thread doesn't help with the technical problems, post on the ttlg forums and I'm sure someone will know a work-around.
