I know a couple of 10 minute songs no problem, but love songs in particular? That is a tough task. A couple:

The Nazz - A Beautiful Song (not on utube)

Otis Clay's record "Soul Man Live in Japan" has a couple of 10 minute love songs.

Amon Amarth's song Amon Amarth is almost 50 minutes long thats off of once sent from the golden hall. i think that one wins on length of a metal song haha. without fear is about 30 minutes long off the same album.

Not entirely sure where you got these times from as my versions are 8 mins and 5 mins respectively unless you've got some crazy mix of it, but even then a CD's physical capacity is about 80mins.

Yeah i dont know why you have such shortend versions of the songs but ive listened to them each in their entirety and they are really that long hahaha. they were some downloaded files so id assume that its some sort of special edition version.

My suggestion is Iron Maiden's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. I think I am breaking the rules because it is 9:54 according to iTunes. I love this song because of the epic feel and, like most Maiden songs, it tells a cool story.

Actually you know what; try googling the music Genre Post-Rock

A feature of that genre is that most songs are 7+ minutes.

The longest single track I've ever found was by GY!BE, called Providence. 29mins.
