Breath of Fire 4- You may not like "JAY-ARE-PEE-JEEZ" but at least give it a shot. It has an awesome storyline and some really great music. It was refreshing to play an RPG that was set in an Asian-type area rather than the generic Western fantasy setting that so many other games were using.

Starcraft, Warcraft, Diablo. Halo (sadly) Saints Row, GTA series, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy 7, EVERY SINGLE FUCKING MARIO GAME OUT THERE. AND also every Spider-Man game INCLUDING the ones for the NES and SNES (yes, that's right Spider-Man: Maximum Carnage included) Kirby series, FarCry series, and lastly, the Castlevania series. I think this is a little crazy. 1001 games? Lets call the Video Game industry about 25 years old. This is probably VERY conservative for our purposes, since we are talking about games that are MUST PLAY, and these must play games have to be released at around the average rate to be significant. This means that in order to hit 1001, we have to take approximately 40 games from every year, on average. Now I think that each year, there are an even greater number of games being released, so in theory, this year should be the easiest to find even more then the average required to fill the quota. So, can you name 40 games released this year which are MUST PLAY? I'm not sure I could name 40 that I WANT to play. 101 would be much more reasonable.
