Admittedly my first choice isn't a weapon as much as it is a force of nature: Toph Bei Fong, yes, the blind girl from Avatar. For an actual weapon I'd use Raging Heart from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. Special note for Samus Aran's powered armor: it is a weapon and it would most certainly work here.

Watching someone screw attack through 15000 knights would be hilarious.

I would pay to watch that.

Well it does come with an arm cannon, and I imagine it comes with a degree of super-strength, it's just that Samus Aran can never get to them before the energy bolts do. That suit also has a really nasty ability when you start running at a certain speed, it basically goes into a kind of kill everything mode where all but the toughest creatures in the galaxy are obliterated on contact.
