The 360's TF2 community is completely dead. Shame too since my computer can't run the game and I enjoyed it on Live.
Odd. I've encountered a lot of people on the 360 and PS3. Though the PC has the most
is there something i have to do before it lets me play .... i'm unable to start matches or get into any
On the X360, I usually host and I find people...That's all I know

If you finished Half-Life 2 then you've got Episode 1, then Episode 2 to play. Team Fortress 2 has a thriving community, but I dunno about on the 360. The PS3 servers are dead, the PC ones are still going strong... I guess 360 still has some community going but most move onto PC.
oh crap .. i have a ps3 >.< .. are they really that bad?
You're boned, and you wasted money.

The PS3 versions of Valve games suck velociraptor balls.

I'm genuinely sorry if you can not return the game >.<

1. Probably the end of half life 2...
I didn't know they released it on the xbox seperate from TOB though.
2. Yes, on computer. People still play the xbox one, but pc is way more populated.
Yeah they ported it to the original xbox in 2005, but it's a pretty cut down version.

I'd recommend playing through the original half Life 2 again just to experience it properly.

Oh, I didn't know that.

I'd suggest what this guy is suggesting, and play through it again to get the true experience.

There have been exactly NO updates for PS3. Not even bug fixes like on 360, nevermind class updates lake on PC. I. Short, for TF2, it goes PS3<Xbox 360<PC

On 360, the problem with TF2's online community is that most of the hosts restrict classes. If you want to play Team Fortress Two, as opposed to "Sniper Fortress One" or "Scout vs. Pyro", expect to look around for a while.

The play order for Half Life 2 is: Half Life 2, Half Life 2 Episode 1, Half Life 2 Episode 2

Are you playing on the 360 or PC? I can't tell you for sure about the 360 community but the PC community is very much so alive.
Agh, the 360 community is dead.
Might have something to do with the lack of support or updates (hint-hint EA)

1. Play them all, HL2, then EP1, then EP2. It's good enough to play through it again.

2. Oh, yes. Only reason I'm NOT playing TF2 right now is that my graphics driver is acting up.

hey guys i just got the orange box and i was wondering 2 things

1. it gives me a choice of 3 halflife games to play ... which one did i leave off at when i completed half life 2 for the xbox?

2. is the team fortress 2 online community still thriving?
1. You haven't played either of the episodes.

2. Hell yeah it is, but that's on the PC, if you're playing on the 360 I have no idea.

No.

No, they're not dead.

Now, the PS3 servers are certainly... quiet at times, but I have never failed to find a good bunch of games for just about any arbitrary set of parameters, and more than once my only choices have been 15- man servers, so I can't be the only guy there.

On the other hand, the PS3 version of the game has no updates or bug fixes or anything. (Super- secret- tip: it still plays fine!) The PC version is probably better, but the PS3 version still works, lack of support aside.
