2010 top 5 albums!

I've actually had time to think about this one over the past week, and:

1) Foals - Total Life Forever

2) Arcade Fire - The Suburbs

3) Warpaint - The Fool

4) Twin Shadow - Forget

5) Everything Everything - Man Alive

Interesting that three of those are debut albums.

Yeah this year too many album releases of generic unoriginal music that's either held together by autotune or just copies The Muse sound. Been looking into old stuff.

The Dillinger Escape Plan - Option Paralysis

I like what I've heard of this too. Dillinger Escape Plan have just been getting better and better in my eyes.

99 Songs Of Revolution by Streetlight Manifesto and Sigh No More by Mumford and Sons were pretty much all I bought, and they were pretty good

5. For Those Who Wait - Fireflight or Everything Remains [As It Never Was] - Eluveitie . Neither one dissapointed =)

4. The Frozen Tears of Angels - Rapsody of Fire. Not quite what I had expected, but I still loved it.

3. Skriet Från Vildmarken - Raubtier. I liked this album more than their first (Det finns bara krig). THe lyrics are just fantastic!

2. A Way Away - Indica. Not sure whether I like the english lyrics but since it's the good ol' songs in new versions I think it deserves this place.

1. Coats of Arms - Sabaton. Simply Sabaton, original yet a bit new stuff. Sabaton just gets better and better every year.
