2010....what stood out for you?

but on the opposite end of the spectrum, Hailey Williams showed the world her boobs on twitter

what stood out for you guys?

I did the Disney College Program in WDW from January to August, and it was definitely a high point in my life.

And while I was at Disney I had the worst experience I've ever had with another human being. Long story short: she was a bad and selfish roommate.

So yeah, with great highs come great lows. But I think I'm better off because of it.

North Korea shelling that South Korean island, It doesn't help I found out about it at 1 in the morning and subsequently shat bricks. Other than that the Chilean Mine rescue. Not much interested me this year, though I'm looking forward to the total Lunar eclipse on the 21st

I dunno, this year has passed as a blur to me really. 2009 was brilliant for me, but 2010 has been average, bordering on poor.

I guess Uni has been pretty good this year, but again, I started uni in 2009 so that probably wont count.

I lost my virginity.
I saw Iron Maiden live. Best day of my life.
I saw Bad Religion and Slayer live twice.
I went to China for a week. Antics were had.
I turned 18. Drunkenness ensued

A pretty good year.

I went to my first big music event: T in the Park. It was legen- wait for it-

I started this year counting down on Shibuya square in Tokyo and then partying all night with random Japanese and American people.

That was also the high point of the whole year

AC/DC headlining Download festival made my year. That, and getting into university.

I discovered Crystal Castles around march and haven't stopped listening to them since, going to my 3rd gig next Feb.
My friends all left for uni leaving me on my own.
I made new friends and realised I didn't actually miss them that much.

And then the Government fucked over higher education in England.

But at least I lost over 2 stone recently.

I entered university. Probably became obsessive-compulsive.

Other than that, fairly lackluster year.

P.S. I looked up "obsessive-compulsive". Yeah. Fuck. I definitely have OCD.

Nothing much, I harldy bought any games or got anything, and I forgot most news.

I went to New York, which was pretty incredible.
Me and my best friend manned up and told each other how we felt and we're together now.
Red Bull won constructors & drivers championships & I got tickets for the British GP next year.
Oh and I started university, which is pretty cool.

Sonisphere was pretty awesome. Probably the best thing I did this year, the bands were great and I had a lot of fun with all the debauchery and whatnot.
