Hey Ladies and Gents,
I just got done setting up my reservation list and paying off all of them, and I wanted to discuss them with folks that might have the same games on their list of games they would like to get and are fans of.
Batman: Arkham City---Arkham Asylum set the bar for superhero games, the beautiful combat and well done stealth system was mouth wateringly BEAST and Arkham City is promising to now crush any other superhero based game in 2011 with free roam.
Duke Nukem Forever---I love duke nukem and this game is going to piss on any "Fun" based fps coming out, hands down. Hell after 14 years, if better.
Elder Scrolls: Skyrim---BEST game of 2011, and theres nothing in the genre that will stand to dethrone it in 2011. I've played all of the elder scrolls series and they have made me happy, hell I have Oblivion: GOTY for PS3 and I play it still at least every 3 days (Lost my save game data T_T)
Mass Effect 3---I didn't play ME1 because I don't own a 360, but I bought 2 and it blew my mind. Despite it's downfalls, I LOVED the game and ME3 will hopefully improve on the game.
Metal Gear: Rising---I'm a die hardcore fan and I have played Metal Gear of every console I've owned, and I played MGO for 2 years like it was life's blood. MGSR looks like I want it, even if I don't like Raiden. MGO3 will hopefully be my "WoW" and I and my pals will reform our clan to destroy survival once more.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution---I play Deus Ex 1 & 2 and they were ASTOUNDINGLY. I've cynical about this game, considering that more games with multiple sequels/prequels have torn the game for many. I'm hoping this game will bring back the nostalgia just a bit and once again break the monotony of the action gaming world. And if online was ever a possibility, I wonder how it would be done.
