Sony has pulled the cross over trigger. Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to PC! And I can't wait. I'm so hyped to see them dinosaurs in beautiful 4k 60fps, and mouse and keyboard control will surely be an absolute treat for a game in which precise aiming matters.

Any mention of the price? I never played the DLC, so if buying the game is cheap enough I could see myself doing it.

TBH I'd be more excited about plastic model (like gunpla quality) of the dinosaur mech. Visually the game was awesome, the atmosphere was great too. Story wise... well the background story/lore was great, much better than I though it'd be, but the actual story and character were just... serviceable at best. If I replay trough it I'll probably blast trough it just to get to the DLC section.

Pretty sure it?ll be $60 at least; it?s old but it?s the ?Complete? edition so kinda balances out.

Wondering how much better this game will manage to look on PC. It was already drop dead gorgeous on base PS4. They?ll give it better draw distance, 60 frames min. and even higher texture, post process, etc. quality.

you can buy the complete edition on ps4 for $20 bucks. So I dont think the steam version will be more than 30.

Fucking sweet, I had to sell my PS4 so I never got to finish Horizon. Looks like now I?ll get the chance with a control scheme I?m better with :D

Yeah, that's not how Capitalism works

Anyway, never been interested in owning a PS but interested in some of their games. A friend so me this game on her PS and it seemed fun. Also waiting for Bloodborne, please and thank you

On PC? I guess you could say that Guerilla turned their eyes to new horizons.

I own it for console, but never managed to get into it. I found the controls lacking on controller and couldn't find a way to rebind them. With some nice graphic boosts and whatnot, might be worth picking it up if the price is right!

Well damn, that?s not bad. Gotta remind myself it?s a three year old game already and not like Red Dead 2 getting a PC release. What was Detroit: Become Human prices at on PC? *checks*. $40 at Epic?s store. Wouldn?t be surprised if it?ll be the same price.

But Zelda: BOTW was 2017's GOTY. Not Horizon.
And Zelda BOTW is definitely not coming to PC anytime soon

Pretty sure it won GotY at quite a few other places. Also, wondering what it would take for GG to port the Killzones to PC. 2 and 3 would be surreal with KB/M and updated visuals.

Who died and the made the shitty Game Awards to be the end all of decisions for GOTY. Easy, no one. Nothing against Breath of the Wild, but it sure as hell was not mine GOTY of 2017. If it yours, fine, but there are over millions of people that had their own GOTY. And gamers don't need an even worse version of the Oscar to dictate what's GOTY. FYI, Horizon was not my pick for GOTY either.

Apparently the Sony fanboys are taking it well. Many angry tweet, including one from a dude who apparently trashed his room over it, saying, and I quote:
Great way to spend my birthday. Thanks for f*cking nothing @PlayStation @Guerrilla @hermenhulst @yosp decades thrown away and now it was all for nothing
Man, what a ponce.

Not really.

Horizon has always been somewhat interesting to me. Not interesting enough to seriously consider buying a console but i might buy it for PC if the port is not atrocious.

Bloodborne seems to be just another dark and gritty action rpg. Is there anything special about it ?

Well yeah, it's only like, the best game ever made. ;)

I found Horizon just another typical first party crowd pleaser like Uncharted, Last of Us or Spiderman. Not much substance beyond the lavish production values just lots of scripted setpieces and gameplay I never really found engaging.
