Do the numbers 23 06 mean anything to anyone here?

Sorry if this seems out of the blue and I further apologize if there doesn't seem to be much discussion value in this thread but I have to ask. Right now the numbers 23 and 06 (not 6, 06) are stuck in my head and I cannot find the reason why. I checked the 'Net for significant events on Feb 3 and March 2 of 2006 and found nothing that stands out. Whenever my mind becomes consumed with something, there is usually meaning behind it; right now I can't find the meaning. So I'm asking you guys, do the numbers 2306 or 23 and 06 mean anything to you guys?
