Do aliens count as people? If not, then Beyond Good and Evil HD.

Otherwise, Portal 2.

there's Portal 1/2, Little Big Planet, and from years ago Harvest Moon 64

Portal 2
Gran Turismo 5

Does Street Fighter count? because technically in that you're knocking people out not killing them.

Portal 2. Quite a few months ago.

Um, in Portal 2 you indirectly kill a bunch of people.

I think most recently: Spider Solitaire while waiting for an opponent in Magic: Duels 2012

Most recently released: Cogs?

Haven't had anyone die on me in The Sims 3 yet.

I know what you're thinking and it's my little guilty pleasure so the hell with you!
there is no guilt required my friend. sims is quite a fun game (for a certain state of mind, occasionally you just need to chainsaw a few people in half).

atop sims, the most recent non-violent game i have played is sim-city 4. gotta love that one (and i never deliberately inflict natural disasters so it does NOT count as a violent game)

Portal, Professor Layton and Pokemon.
The last being Pokemon as of 8 hours ago.

3 of the only game series I have ever played without killing.
I could probably count them all on my fingers, how sad.

Rock Band would be the last as I played it last night.

Before that would be a bunch of Telltale games from a Steam sale earlier this year including Strong Bad and Back to the Future.

Hmh... [spoiler alert]

Sequence. No de facto killing involved in the end.

DAMN awesome game.

Other than that, We <3 Katamari aaand... Rock Band? =)

Sam & Max probably, if you count the occasional shot fired as "not combat" (it's a point and click adventure game).

Aw... crap... I killed the bosses in Deus Ex: Human Revolution....

Bar that, Portal.
Ah yes, how did I not think of that?

That said, do turrets count? I put some of them through the most horrible fates...

Batman Arkham City, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The last part in Deus Ex at the Panchea installation is really fucking hard if you're going for "Foxiest of Hounds" (don't trigger an alarm), and I was doing a no-kill run. But yeah, you don't even kill the bosses directly, they all self-destruct.

I showed my friends Desert Bus and QWOP a couple days ago, so I guess those would be my most recent non-violent games
