Lately I've just been playing loads of WWE'12, there's no killing in that but of course, wrestling.

Hmm... I think the last game I played that didn't involve killing was Spacechem. It's true you have to blow up a run away mining machine but it was unmanned so it didn't count.

I played a few rounds of Solitaire a couple of days ago. No harm there...except perhaps making the face cards nauseous when they bounced away.

Skyrim. Because elves aren't people, and I wouldn't kill a fellow Nord (bandits are clearly Imperials).

Fine, I'll be truthful. Pokemon Heartgold, and before that, probably Harvest Moon.

Bounce down, a little app released by Jagex the people who made Runescape.

If apps don't count. I guess Test Drive Unlimited 2

Portal 1/2, Zoo Tycoon 2 Complete Collection (Surprisingly fun) and Minecraft (on peaceful setting) but have killed one or two sheep etc if that counts.

Portal 2. Though I suspect it does involve killing people, but ask Cave Johnson about that little niggle, not me, no. Unless destroying Turrets counts... but they're not people.

Bejeweld 2 on my phone is probably the only game I own where I don't murder everybody who annoys me.

Minecraft, sure there might be PvP on it, but you kill things like skeletons, zombies and stuff. :p

Football Manager 2012, trying to take Dundee United to winners of the Champions League (eventually). It's an extremely slow process.

Well technically, you don't kill people when you play a video game, because it's not real. It's all 1s and 0s.

But I get you meaning. um... let's see, last game I played without pretend murder... hm... well you don't really "kill" "people" in Minecraft's single player.

But if zombies count, then I'll say Portal. You only break robots in portal.
