I have to say that the game looks good... but honestly, making a game called "Call of Duty" by replacing one of the words with something that means the same thing seems like... you might just be going out of your way for nothing. You could have just called it "Juarez: Bound in Blood" ... so that way when people find out Juarez means Duty, no one cares.
How would you compare it to the first Mr Deam? I didn't much care for it but I'm still interested in this, though I haven't seen anything to convince me to buy it yet.
This is one of the beast FPS ever !!!!

The duels are brilliant (perfect), I don't know what the f*** you are talking about in this video, I didn't have any problems (played on pc),enjoy every second of the game !!!

if it doesn't works so great on konzole then play on the pc,konzols don't deserve this game !!!

Man I FULLY agree with you on the dueling point! Especially that guy you dueled with at the end of your video. I forgot who that was, a bodyguard or something? Well he was annoying as all hell. Took me 4 tries just to get it. Because when you are first to the draw you have an inherent urge to hammer the trigger because its just instinct but you go from down to top so you can actually draw first and fire first but you can still die >.>

This is probably one of the biggest surprises for me this year. As a rule I give almost all Western games a shot, but I wasn't expecting much from this. To my surprise it's everything you said it is - decent to great gunplay, surprisingly likable characters and overall a real authentic Western atmosphere.
It's definitely worth checking out, especially considering Red Dead Redemption won't be out until next year.

One question: does the game still have the option to holster one of your revolvers so you can use your free hand to fan the hammer? (outside of Concentration mode, that is). I loved doing that in small rooms against 2 or 3 enemies in the first one. Made you feel like Walker: Texas Ranger, it did.
I hope you're being sarcastic. Juarez doesn't mean duty in Spanish. Duty is "deber". Juarez is just a name. It means "Son of Juan". Essentially, it's Johnson. Call of Juarez refers to some event or time period (can't remember if it's real of fictitious). They mention it during the intro to the first game.Cuniculus said:

Anyway, I'm annoyed that in almost every review I've read for this game they continuously neglect to even mention the phenomenal multilayer in it, which may be the best part about the game. The game modes range from old school shoot em' out deathmatch to robbing a bank and attempting to make off with the loot before the sherrifs get you. It's tons of fun and makes the game well worth the $50 (PC version). It doesn't make sense for everyone to ignore the multiplayer but they seem to anyway, oh well.
I mean to say, "what the hell did people think the creators would be getting away with?" Obviously if they did this, people would have found out, and they could have just as easily made it something NOT similar. Both story mode and multiplayer are great fun..
I've played tons of FPS's, and this game is a fresh breeze amongst them all..
I'd give it a 5 out of 6..
It got a good feel to it gameplay wise, shitloads better than Killzone 2..
