Shooting thing in games just doesn't push my fun button as well as other varieties of violence. I really hope they don't force you to shoot your way out of situations in order to try to make it more exciting.
This.Adam Jensen said:I think I said this before and I'll say it again. It's "Person of Interest" the game. And as a huge fan of that show the existence of this game makes me so happy. I can't wait.
I haven't seen that video, thank you for posting that.crazy_madness said:@MrWunderful
@WaitWHAT
as far as i heard
it isn't that blackandwhite...in "good points and bad points"
its more a thing that developes in the background, subtle changing the environment...
or slight changes in atmosphere like people darting malignant glances at you...=D
i'm really hoping it to be like that =D
i imagine an artificallly intelligent game where actions and reactions take their place without your presence - robberies, people driving to work, car crashes, elections, people talking,...that every individual really goes through an (mental) development...
and you COULD interact and by that change the course of events as a whole..."altering history"
hm... a littlebit like Strategy Games...
of course thats impossible...(._.)
but the developement appears to approach that...or have that in mind as guideline
so they at least can simulate it really being like that...
so possibly there's a greater spectrum between good and evil
more depending on the situation...
well...
for me this Interview is a reason to be optimistic:

Hey, neat, I think I've spotted some complexity in this moral choice system. So Aiden doesn't like the omniscient, omnipotent computer system that controls everyone and everything in the city, and he wants it to go away. His (potential) solution, then, is to use that same system to help people--yeah, that's the nice thing to do, but he's also inadvertently proving to the world that Big Brother is actually a good thing. If he's fundamentally anti-ctOS, he should be trying to demonstrate that it's not a good thing, and the ideal way to do that is by causing as much chaos as he possibly can.Encaen said:If you want to boost your reputation with the civilians of the city, you can utilize the fact that ctOS is using cameras around the city in concert with facial and pattern recognition software to predict crimes, as well as potential victims. Interfacing with ctOS allows you to spot these potential victims, escort them safely to wherever they may be going, and interrupt crimes in progress, saving the victim, and earning you credibility with the people. If you can make the people like you enough, they may even turn a blind eye while you steal a car in the course of your heroic business.
