6/10 or so. Not exceptionally bad. Probably a lot like the game inside.

Still, I can't get over how games pass over their chance to use beautiful and poignant boxart. You'd think that was especially true for a sequel of a well-acclaimed game that already has name recognition. Books and music CD's have no problem featuring beautiful covers. And then there is the weird USA < EU < Japan progression in game cover quality.
