True enough. I mean Raynor's misadventures in between the various campaigns of the original Starcraft + Brood War weren't blatantly explained. Sometimes he fell of the face of the Koprulu sector... only to emerge months later in the timeline. WoL felt like it tried to explain what Raynor gets up to when he's not blasting grenades at people out of his tricked out hovercycle. That being said, I'm in it for the mechanics and competition. SC2 left me feeling... meh. Likr I didn't feel like being disappointed online. Then I tried it with HotS and ... pretty damn good.
