I felt like making a random thread, so here it is.

Pick a country, only one, and name 3 people it has contributed to the world that we should be thankful for. You do not have to explain why you picked those three people, but if you feel like it, go ahead. You may also include 2-3 runners up.

My three picks are from Great Britain.
1. Jeremy Clarkson
2. Hugh Laurie
3. Stephen Fry

Runners up are Steve Coogan and Alan Davies.

Well... I suppose I'll give three for Germany (even though I do not live there)
1. Albert Einstein
2. Otto von Bismarck
3. Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin (where would we be without lighter than air travel, and Zeppelins at the fore-front of that?)

I love Zeppelins... and I also love Germany... beautiful country...
